Still a kid!

Daddy's PJs!!!

Has been fabulous! We all had Thanksgiving at Marcy's which was wonderful. Liam is getting so much bigger and more independant. Ellie, Carl and Olivia also came into town which was fun for Liam (and good for me to see the next level- talking).

Halloween and the rest of October

He fit much better last year!

Life has been wonderful! Liam is totally walking and has been since right around his first birthday. We have celebrated numerous football games (although both UGA and Ole Miss are disappointing us week after week). Also, Liam and I have been busy volunteering for the Liz Carter campaign. Below are some pictures. We had the annual neighborhood block party (and we won the largest home grown pumpkin- although we were not really winners considering our water bill was $900). Also, Maria and I took the kids to the aquarium for the first time!

Florida

The family met up with the Wibly clan down in Florida (Poppa, Grammy, Great Grandpa, Great Grandma Pat, Paul and Debbie) for a wonderful week in the sun. We even went to Sea World one day with the whole crew.

It was a wonderful vacation and really nice to get to see the family for a whole week. Liam also celebrated his birthday down there (a little early- but Grammy could not wait). And Liam receieved a Buzz Lightyear car that he LOVES!

Liam's First Steps

On Sunday August 8th (just shy of 11 months old)- Liam took his first two steps. He has not really started walking since though- instead he learned in these first few days of 'walking' that we will catch him- so now instead of walking he lunges forward into our arms...

In other news- we had an unexpected family reunion with Billy coming into town (for the a tax sale for the Dunwoody property- sadly the taxes were paid before we could buy) and Tim, Donna and family in as well.

The Daugherty's Trip & another Lake adventure

The Daugherty cousins visited Savannah!!! We had so much fun (sadly Jonathan had to stay home though to deal with our ever growing empire- haha). Liam enjoyed having kids around all the time and all the little girls- Sadie, Isabella, and Abby- loved having a live baby doll to play with. There were lots of boat trips, shark teeth, and even skiing (by the little ones).

Tyler in Les Miserables

Out to dinner- the Brothers (wow this restaurant gave us lots of time to catch up- i think we were there 5 hours...)

Another lakehouse trip (you can tell Liam finds these trips exhausting (thank you Kelly for being such a great place to nap). This one was after another amazing tennis competition from Casual Sets. Sadly though Casual Sets did not make the playoffs...

July 4th

Liam is getting bigger and bigger. He is now in the 90% in height (and amazingly enough only 50-75% weight). It is just so amazing how everyday he seems to understand something new. We are working on 'no' now- and he actually seems to have it- of coarse that does not mean he always stops!

We went to Savannah for the fourth- and attached are some pictures. Sadly the Rhode Island clan could not make it since they are in Italy. But the weekend was wonderful and Liam loved the pool with all the cousins (in spite of the ISR class that I was so nervous would make him hate the water).

As you can tell by the one picture Liam will walk if holding onto something (in the picture he is walking behind the car Jonathan got him). He is quite the babbler with constant chatter (and of coarse at the slightest hint of momma or dadda- we jump and come running but he has no idea why). Also he now has THREE teeth (the two uppers and one lower). Lucky for us teething has not been too bad.
